This video is Earl Nightingale
"The Biggest Secret In The World"
You should listen. This is great information.

"The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career! "

This is a video by Napoleon Hill
Napoleon Hill has helped many people with becoming successful.

"Self-disciplined begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don't control what you think, you can't control what you do. Simply, self-discipline enables you to think first and act afterward."     - Napoleon Hill

Success means different effects to different people. Successes as we delimit them can be different; there is one general press that stops people from achieving them: character warning beliefs. When people tell you that you can’t do something often enough, you start to think it and examine whether you can. We often want to take the easier decision then to make an acquit for why we never achieved our dreams. It is much better to try and fail, then to never try at all. Whatever you are aiming for, don’t think that it is too far out of your catch and most certainly don’t take the calm road because that is right what it is, the painless itinerary

Below are some steps to help overcoming limiting beliefs

• Decide what success is to you

• Don’t assume things will come to you, you have to work for them

• Instead of view what you can achieve, focus on how you can help others

• Keep an abundance mentality in that there are enough ideas, opportunities and profits to go around

• Have something to power you to keep you from departing, such as improving your lifestyle

• Assign goals, they have been proven to aid more than those who do not distribute them

Thoughts Could Be Limiting Your Success

People often let their thoughts limit their success. I had three friends
tell me the same thing this week. They all said they were trying to

get rich. One even said that he doesn't really have time for a break.

That's when I said, "you must not be doing something right then."

Then it occured to me, they all have limiting beliefs as far as money

goes. Beliefs are far more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

For example, those that believe that it is hard to make money

will have a hard time making money. Those negative thoughts will

achieve negative results. So, for those that have negative beliefs need

to work on clearing those thoughts.

How do you go about clearing the limiting beliefs? Once you

become aware of the limiting beliefs, it's easier to clear them.

You should replace the old thoughts with new positive ones.

You can start doing this by writing down old thoughts or current

situations on a piece of paper. Allow yourself to recognize how this

makes you feel. Then take another sheet of paper and write

the opposite of current beliefs or how you would actually like

your situation to be. Read this several times a day and carry it with

you at all times. As you read these, imagine how you would feel.

It will not happen overnight, but you will eventually start to see

your situation change. The more positive you are; the more positive

results you will start to see. Change your thoughts and change your life.
